Typical Order Timeline

  2. Processing Items picked and prepared. Made‑to‑order items may take longer.
  3. Shipped Tracking number assigned. You’ll receive a shipping email.
  4. Out for Delivery Carrier is on the way. Tracking updates may lag by a few hours.
  5. Delivered Package scanned as delivered. Check mailbox, porch, parcel locker, or building office.

My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?

Yes, carriers may not scan at every stop. Give it 24–48 hours. If it’s been longer, paste your number above to open the carrier page, or contact us.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email support@j-hinton.com with your order number and correct address. If shipped, the carrier may offer in‑transit options.

Where do I find my order number?

It’s in your order confirmation email (subject: “Thank you for your order”). Look for a number like #JH1234.

How do returns & exchanges work?

Start at our Return Policy. During promos with extended returns, the dates will be listed on the offer page.
