Holiday Returns & Exchanges Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

We’re offering extended holiday returns and exchanges this season.
All purchases made between October 14, 2025 – December 23, 2025 are eligible to be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026.

At J-Hinton.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ll gladly accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached and accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing slip.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order shipment date.

  • Select limited-edition or custom pieces may only be returned within 7–14 business days of the shipping date.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • For all qualifying returns, a prepaid shipping label will be provided free of charge.

Please allow 10–14 days for us to receive and process your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been completed.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’d like to make an exchange, you may do so for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.

  • Your replacement order will be processed immediately with free standard shipping.

  • We’ll provide a free return label for the original item.

  • Exchanged item(s) must be received within 30 days of initiating your exchange to avoid additional charges.

  • Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store and Ship-to-Store orders are not eligible for exchange, but may be returned via mail or in store.

  • Orders paid through Shop Pay Installments, PayPal, Klarna, or gift cards are not eligible for exchange. Refunds for these orders will be issued to the original payment method.

EXCLUSIONS

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift packaging or accessories

  • Fragrance and grooming products

  • Undergarments

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” merchandise

GIFT RETURNS

Gift returns can be started through our online process using the order number, email address, and shipping ZIP code.
Gift recipients will receive a digital J. Hinton gift card valid at J-Hinton.com across all collections — including J. Hinton Signature, Marksmen, and MJH Gear.
