Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition, with packaging where applicable.
Return window
Return requests must be initiated within your designated return window from delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is no longer available, an alternative option or refund may be offered (per the Refund Policy).
Final sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments) may be non-returnable unless defective.
